How to Build a Verticle Drum Smoker. UDS 55 Gallon Drum Smoker
In this video we build a smoker for BBQ using a 55 gallon drum and some pipe. Commonly called a VDS (Verticle Drum Smoker) or a UDS (Ugly Drum Smoker) This smoker is a home made version of a "bullet style" smoker. Capable of long cook times with little maintenance, the UDS has a large capacity and can carry a small price tag.

Smoking pork ribs on Masterbuilt Electric Smoker
Here is a little video of me smoking some pork ribs on my Masterbuilt electric smoker. I seasoned these up with a dry rub mixture of mine and put them on the smoker. I set my temperature at 230 degrees and they smoked a total of 9 hours. I used apple wood chips.
