This video is a tribute to the two first few fights that Sonic and the newly formed evil counterpart, Scourge the hedgehog. Even though Scourge is sort of new, i believe that he will make a good enemy to Sonic. And to show a sample of it, watch the video and see for urself. I pick the song, "No Mercy" by WWE, because i think that they both wanna show no mercy to each other. Sonic reason is because of Fiona betrayel, Scourge impersonating Sonic, tails having his heart broken, etc. The list goes on. Scourge reason is...well because he wants to. It is fun to him, i guess. Then he was visited by tigerstar who asked him to help fight a battle. Scourge later betrayed him and killed Tigerstar (yay!) but he was then killed by Firestar. (which is for the best i suppose, being as, if he didn't Scourge would have probably taken over the whole forest and so on) So I hope you like it! This is a story about a cat who becomes evil. My favorite part? Everything after about 2:28. The text is a bit fast... I was struggling to fit it all and still match the song. Based on the graphic novel "Warriors: The Rise of Scourge" by Erin Hunter, Dan Jolley, and Bettina Kurkoski. The words in the video are a quote from the novel. The song is "Everything You Ever" from Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog (hence "Dr" Scourge). All of the drawing is mine. It took me around 400 hours spread out over an entire year to make this with Flash and Photoshop. If you're confused, the animation starts with Scourge growing up as a house cat. It then jumps to the present and later returns to Scourge's past with a buildup to the present again. Every so often there are flashes of "what could have been" that show Scourge's life had history played out differently. This is an old piece of content we put together back when WoW Radio was still around. I'm uploading it so that 1) Those who didn't get to hear it the first time can and 2) So that it's got a permanent home, since when WoW Radio went down, the original upload was lost, thankfully I had a backup. This is a tribute to the Evil incarnation of a well known hero, Sonic the Hedgehog. With the power of the Master Emerald, Evil Sonic was able to switch his eye color with his hair color. Making him a green hedgehog. The song is "Enemy" by Sevendust. I pick this song because mostly to me, Scourge seem like a victim before he left his world. (I know that he deserve it since he caused trouble there as well) Everyone wanted him hurt, so he switch places with Sonic (even though Sonic never agreed). Now Evil Sonic has caused so much trouble in this new world, that everyone (ecept for Fiona Fox and maybe Rouge) hates him. Tell me what you think. Thanks for watching. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls of the SONIC UNIVERSE fandom, a month long project in the making, this was something to be treated with a lot of TLC (tender-loving-care) as a Sonic fan. This video (one of the many successful 'animated adaptation initiatives' that I've produced so far) is probably the BEST I've ever done. It was made for the fans, it's made for the creators, it's made for the team who helped me out and it's made for me. I love comics and I love bringing them to life in this manner... It's so much fun and there is so much to learn from it. This video details my ability to animate, my experience in directing an already existing story and presenting it through an innovative media initiative, it demonstrates my passion and ability to voice-act for entertainment, and finally, the ability to incorporate music, sfxs and voice-overs together in a professional manner. After months and months of hard work I've finally managed to finish episode 1 XD Yeah, I know. There are LOADS of anatomy failures in this. Mostly in the prologue (Battle of BloodClan) which I animated in April-May. Anatomy is one thing I'm planning on improving for episode 2. Before anyone starts commenting about the Battle of BloodClan, let me tell you why I added it. Yes, I know it's not in the manga, but I've heard a lot of people complaining saying that they really really wanted it in the manga, so I added it to the episode as a kind of prologue. Things I have learned from animating this: 1. I can't draw backgrounds for shit XD 2. I need to use more effects in certain parts 3. I really need to practice anatomy 4. I need to stop being so lazy in some parts 5. I need to stop recycling clips 6. I CANNOT draw anime humans! 7.
