Sony dropped some hot news at their press conference today, like new Vita games, new Move games, and a new, cheaper way to get your hands on these games. . If you have been stalling on buying a PlayStation 3 now may be the time to jump on board. Sony announced the Playstation 3 160GB model will be dropping to $249.99 in the US and to similar prices around the globe. The new price cut is available now, or you can pick up the 320 GB model bundled with Infamous 2 for $300 dollars. . In addition, Sony also announced they'll be releasing a new, light version of the Playstation Portable or PSP. The new E-1000 model most notably will NOT have WiFi, but it will be compatible with all PSP games. Just how do you get these games you ask? Well, you can connect your device to your computer or to your PS3, but you can also connect the Playstation store through Media Go. It will sell for 99 Euros and be available across PAL. . These announcements come on the heels on an ongoing debate that the new Playstation Vita is priced too high will the higher end model cracking the $300 mark. But considering the amazing lineup of games Sony has in the pipeline, I don't think they'll suffer the same fate as the Nintendo 3DS. But what do you guys think? Is the price drop on the PS3 enough to get you to buy? Does the new PSP sound appealing ...
