Selbermachen: Lanolin-Creme Grundrezept Videoanleitung zur Herstellung einer Lanolin-Creme. Bei einer Lanolin-Creme wird Lanolin (= Wollwachs) als Emulgator verwendet, um die fettlöslichen und die wasserlöslichen Bestandteile der Creme miteinander zu verbinden. Aufgrund seiner natürlichen Eigenschaften kann das Lanolin nicht sehr viel Wasser binden, nur ungefähr doppelt so viel wie sein Eigengewicht. Öle werden durch Lanolin etwa im Verhältnis 1:1 zum Wasser gebunden. Dadurch ergeben sich relativ feste, fettreiche Cremes, die im Volksmund eher als Salbe bezeichnet werden. Als Öl eignen sich nahezu alle Pflanzenöle, beispielsweise Olivenöl, Rapsöl, Mandelöl, Avocadoöl oder Jojobaöl. Man kann auch einen Kräuter-Ölauszug verwenden, zb Johanniskrautöl oder Ringelblumenöl. Ergänzen kann man eine Lanolin-Creme mit ätherischen Ölen und anderen wasser- und fettlöslichen Wirkstoffen. Zutaten: - 30 ml Pflanzenöl (oder Kräuter-Ölauszug) - 4 gr Bienenwachs - 15 gr Lanolin anhydrid - 30 ml Wasser oder Tinktur bzw. Mischungen .
