Welcome to Let's Play Radiant Historia! This is my first LP for a Nintendo DS game. In this episode, we are given our first mission, which is actually not to save the world, rescue a princess, or slay the dragon for a change. If you want to play ahead of me, you can use that to see exactly what I'm going to do. It includes ASCII maps and complete treasure lists for every area. As a general note, there is a lot of text in this game. While I do want you to get the full impact of the story, I also don't want to dwell on it for too long either. I'll constantly strive to achieve a good balance between the two. If for some reason I skim over a line too quickly, just pause the video. I am rendering the videos for this LP in 1280x720 resolution, due to the dual screen format of the Nintendo DS. As such, to make the video fill up your monitor, you would need to set your screen resolution to that or another 16:9 resolution. I've done a lot of testing to make the screens fill up as much of the black space as possible. Although, since major cutscenes do not utilize the upper screen, I'll simply only show the lower screen for them. I hope the screen layout works for you. This is what won the poll by quite a wide margin, so I'm not going to change it. However, if you have a suggestion for tweaking their orientation, I could consider it. Thanks for watching!
