Solid alder body, one-piece deep "V"-shape maple neck, and veneer rosewood fretboard with 24 frets and clay dot position markers. Single "butterfly" string tree on 1st and 2nd strings. Headstock decal with Fender "spaghetti" logo in gold with black trim. "Original Contour Body Pat. Pend." decal on the ball end of the headstock. Closed-back "single-line" Kluson Deluxe strip tuners with white plastic oval buttons. Four-bolt neck plate with serial number ("02714") between the top two screws. One oblong single-coil pickup with transparent reddish-brown plastic cover and four concealed polepieces with an output of 4.98k. Celluloid tortoiseshell over three-layer (white/black/white) plastic pickguard with nine screws. Two controls (one volume, one tone) and jack socket, all on lower treble side of the pickguard. Telecaster-type chrome knobs with flat tops and knurled sides. Combined "micro-adjustable" (threaded) two-saddle bridge/tailpiece. With the original chrome bridge cover. This near mint custom color pre-CBS "L" series "Spaghetti Logo" Stratocaster weighs just 7.10 lbs. Solid alder body, one-piece medium profile maple neck with a fat nut width of just under 1 11/16 inches. Beautiful Brazilian rosewood fretboard with clay dot position markers. Three single-coil pickups with balanced outputs of 6.27k, 5.68k, and 5.65k. Fender "Synchronized Tremolo" combined bridge/tailpiece. There are a few miniscule surface marks on the body edges and a couple on the back but otherwise this forty-six year old custom-color Stratocaster is in near mint (9.25) condition, and is certainly one of the finest examples that we have ever seen. Original Fender cream hardshell case. A fabulous example.

Solid alder body, one-piece maple neck with a medium-to-thin profile and a veneer rosewood fretboard with clay dot position markers. The neck is stamped "1 SEP 62B." Two white oblong Strat-like pickups with notched metal side plates and outputs of 7.85k and 6.64k. Four-layer tortoiseshell over white, black & white plastic pickguard with ten screws. Jazzmaster-type floating tremolo and bridge with adjustable mute. This guitar is in exceptionally fine (9.00) condition, with minimal belt buckle scarring on the back, some light finish checking and a few very small chips or marks on the edges. A fabulous example. Housed in a later Fender G & L black hardshell case with black plush lining.

Maple neck with a medium profile and a veneer Brazilian rosewood fretboard with 21 original medium frets and clay dot position markers. This guitar has an "A" neck with a nut width of just over 1 1/2 inches and a short bass scale length of 30 inches. Three Jaguar-style pickups with serrated chrome surrounds and outputs of 6.62k, 6.78k, and 6.37k. Two controls (one volume, one tone) and jack input on lower metal plate adjoining pickguard and four two-way pickup selector switches (one for each pickup, the fourth being a 'frequency' switch) all on a metal plate inset into the pickguard. Six-saddle bridge with adjustable mute and separate vibrato tailpiece. The neck is stamped "6 MAY 63A" and the pots are stamped "137 6528" (CTS, July 1965). Complete with the original tremolo arm and bridge cover. This exceptionally rare custom color Bass Vl is in exceptionally fine (9.00) condition. There is some fine finish checking and a few small and insignificant marks/surface chips on the edges of the body. The Sea-Foam Green color is rich and unfaded. Housed in its original Fender cream hardshell case with black leather ends and burnt orange plush lining (9.00).
