Downs Bible Week was held at Plumpton Racecourse, UK 1979-1988. Organised by Newfrontiers, a UK based worldwide family of evangelical churches, Downs grew from 2900 to 8500. The Bible Week included Worship, teaching from the Bible (particularly Terry Virgo on the doctrine of grace) and activity of the Holy Spirit.
