Vampires, immortality, a thousand years of history and more... the underworld, magic, the afterlife... Do you want to live forever? Visual Effects Editor on this project was Anne Breedlove of Legend Films. She and the staff of Legend recently completed visual effects work on the 25 most difficult minutes of the new film release of "Alice in Wonderland" starring Johnny Depp. Vampyre is a continuation of where we left off with Joshua Michael in The Hunger music video - a sequel. Produced & Directed by James Prince for Astaria Films. Edited by Anne Breedlove and James Prince. Vampyre can be found on the "Guardian of Secret Dreams" album available on iTunes, Amazon.com, and music retailers worldwide. Vampyre was kept out of the public eye for nearly three years after the release of the first music video, The Hunger. After much demand, Vampyre is finally released publicly. Soon after post production on The Hunger and Vampyre music videos, Anne was hired by Legend Films as a 3D artist and worked on film visual effects. She and the staff of Legend Films were assigned to work on 25 of the most difficult minutes of the film, "Alice In Wonderland" starring Johnny Depp. Anne and Legend Films, now known as Legend 3D, are currently assigned to 3 more major motion picture projects with more multi-picture deals on the way. A Vampyre Story (Review)
In this review I talk about a modern title. A Vampyre Story. This is a so called 2.5D adventure game and utilizes some of the greatest 2D art I have seen in an adventure game to date. This combined with some truly inspired and thoughtful game design delivers a truly fun and excellent game. Yet, for all its greatness, there are some inherent problems in this title. Can amazing graphics make up for a lack of story? Well.. no.. not really.. but it sure helps!! This is the 3rd review I have ever done and I think I am getting better. This gameplay was combined from hours of dialogues and monologues as it supposed to be in quest genre, so be prepared to listen/read a lot. I have tried to apply the action buttons, like "talk", "take" and "examine" to every possible interactive item in the game. In this way, I have revealed more interesting speeches from Mona. All the scenario scenes and dialogues are included in the video, from the intro of the game till the credits at the end, hence the watchers can understand the storyline of the game.
