Released by George Butler's company Cinegate, the film focuses on Arnold Schwarzenegger and his competitors, Lou Ferrigno and Franco Columbu. The documentary was co-directed by Robert Fiore and George Butler. It was based on the book of the same name by Charles Gaines and George Butler (Simon and Schuster, 1974). Pumping Iron documents, and to some extent dramatises, what is commonly referred to as "The Golden Age" of bodybuilding, a time when mass and size mattered less and symmetry and definition of the body was preferred. The documentary follows the two main bodybuilding competitions, the IFBB Mr. Universe (for amateurs) and the Mr. Olympia (for professionals) in Pretoria, South Africa. And to any action movie fan, this....is a beautiful thing. But it doesn't stop there! It has been confirmed that Sly and Arnold will be starring together in the action drama flick, The Tomb. Being backed by Emmett/Furla Films and Summit Entertainment, will be about a man, Stallone, who designs a high tech prison, then after being framed, gets thrown into the same prison. Granted he knows the ins and outs, he attempts a virtually impossible break out scheme. And while in there he actually befriends fellow prison mate, Arnold, who underneath his tough exterior is a good man who helps the other inmates keep their insanity. Sounds like fun! My big question is WHY DIDN'T THEY EVER TEAM UP DURING THE HEIGHT OF THEIR CAREERS!?!?! But I guess better late than ever. . This isn't the only place they've been seen together recently. Well, we've been hearing rumors that there might be a Terminator 5, but before that gets settled, we might get to see an animated feature film instead. The company that owns the rights to the Terminator series, Hannover House and Annapurna Pictures, released a piece of concept art titling the film Terminator 3000. President of the company Eric Parkinson told thearnoldfans.com that " I think [Arnold would] do the voice of the T-800 in this proposed Terminator 3000. We're excited about it, and we think it makes perfect sense and with all due respect to Arnold, I think this would be another great and quick way for him to get another movie out with just a short time in a recording studio." . Parkinson also said that although the story and script are still being developed, they are creating a character of Arnold "in his absolute peak." So even though Arnold is getting older, it sounds like maybe they're going with a younger T-800. They are planning on using CGI similar to that used in James Cameron's other huge flick, Avatar, and may look a little like the CGI animation used to animate Arnold in Terminator Salvation. . Basil Poledouris provided the music. The film stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, and tells the story of a young barbarian who seeks vengeance for the death of his parents. The target of his hatred is Thulsa Doom, the leader of a snake cult. Filming took place in Spain over five months, in the regions around Madrid and Almería. The Cimmerian village was built in a forest near the Valsaín ski resort, south of Segovia. Conan's encounter with the witch and Subotai was shot among the Ciudad Encantada rock formations in the province of Cuenca. The Temple of Set was built in the mountain PEÑON DE BERNAL, more than 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) west of the city of Almería. The structure was 50 meters (160 ft) long and 22 meters (72 ft) high. It was the most expensive of the sets, costing $350000, and built out of various woods, lacquers, and tons of concrete. Its stairway had 120 steps. Milius recruited his friend, Basil Poledouris, to produce the score for Conan;
