This song is about Barty Crouch and the loss of his beloved wife. If you don't remember his story, he was forced to make the hard decision to send his only son to Azkaban. His ill wife was devastated by this, and refused to let him go, so she decided to consume a polyjuice potion and take her son's place. She later died in Azkaban due to her illness. Barty Crouch never saw her again, as she was buried in Azkaban by the dementors while his criminal of a son ran free.
