BLLL BLLL good for rock stuff HOLD for 4 beats - Good for jazz and ballads. or if you are just learning a song and trying to get the hang of playing and singing it. Before the Paul Verhoven movie there was the novel by Robert A. Heinlein. What if there was a movie truly based on the book? The quote in this trailer, taken from the book, will tell you that the movie and the book that 'inspired' it are quite different entities. - The music is called Unsung War from the soundtrack to Ace Combat: The Unsung War. - Verhoven admitted in an interview he had read a chapter of the original story, got disgusted, and made his screenplay to be the opposite of Heinlein's vision, parodying the idea of a noble warrior who served his federation for citizenship and fights ravenous aliens to keep his homeland safe. But the book I think has inspired more people then the movie's political satire, in fact the creators of Gundam acknowledge the book Starship Troopers as one of their main influences. In the book unlike the movie the mobile infantry have specialized battle armor, aerial support craft, powerful weaponry, the finest training and unyielding resolve; a far cry from the hordes of under equipped teens the films portray. The Bugs likewise are a legitimate threat to humanity, a mindless consuming enemy only sacrifice can destroy. The original novel has been accused of being pro-war, fascistic, racist and all manner of things but I've yet to hear anyone complain about the movie being demeaning and disparaging of soldiers.

What if there was a modern day remake of Frank Herbert's Dune? Based on the book which has been made into a film once and a TV miniseries, but both times I feel could have been improved. This is one story I hope they do make another film of because the potential for things never seen before are limitless. -- Music is called Axeman from the Resident Evil Afterlife soundtrack. -- Dune for those who do not know was a science fiction book by Frank Herbert, a complex and exciting story of political intrigue, alien ecologies, ancient prophesies, warring houses and giant worms. Its one of my favorite books of all time. As much as David Lynch was trying with his original film he was halted by then benchmark effects technology. Now with high end CGI Dune could really come to life vividly and gloriously, as well as the Great Maker worms.

Lots of students learn 'Autumn Leaves' as one of the first standards they play, so I thought that this might be a useful source of ideas. It is in the fake book key, and the chord symbols appear above the music. This was imported into the Band in a Box program - this program will read these text 'markers', and it also has quite a flexible notation view. Note that in the notation view the bass and treble clefs don't accurately reflect the Left and Right hand parts. In addition, for those who can't easily sight read music, there is a very big and clear Piano view. I hope that some students might find this useful. I have produced lots of other jazz midi files at www.bushgrafts.com that can be treated in a similar way. When I was about 11 or 12, me and my sister (two years younger) stumbled upon an old 80s movie at the MGM channel. The movie was called Flowers in the Attic. By the time the movie reached its end, I was stunned and amazed. This was true shocker. How can any parent do such a thing to its brood? For the rest of the day, because of the movie, I couldnt see my mother or my father in the same loving eye as I did before because I was doubtful. I didnt hold any kind of trust to them. What if my mother was actually, behind her sugary and gentle surface, as evil as the woman named Corrine in the movie? Hopefully, this lasted for only one day and the next day I was healed from those thoughts of distrust and mistrust. Flowers in the Attic, until this day, has been one my favorite shocker movies. I read on the Internet that many, many people hated the movie because it wasnt at all like the book it was based upon. I said to my self That movie was bad? How can this be? Incidentally, I discovered one of my aunts had copies of Flowers in the Attic and If There Be Thorns. Borrowing it from her, I read it and indeed, I found the book more amusing than the movie (but still I loved the movie). Both book and film adaptation are now some of my favorites out of my 15 years of age, and now that I heard Andrew Neiderman has written the screenplay for a second and more faithful- adaptation and is waiting for the green light of MGM, I couldnt be more exited!
