After gaining a reputation in Miami clubs as a talented musician, TK Records president Henry Stone signed Caldwell to an exclusive contract with TK Records in 1978. Heading to the studio, Caldwell recorded his first album, which was given a redo after Stone felt the album was good but "didn't have a hit". Caldwell returned to the studio and came up with the final product, which included this song. Caldwell wanted the song to be the sixth track on the album since he figured the song's second track, "My Flame", which featured him playing guitar, would be the hit. After a disastrous season, the Indianapolis Colts are dumping coach Jim Caldwell. Caldwell took over from the legendary Tom Dungy to start the 2009 season. As signal-caller, Caldwell did not measure up. The Colts had a disastrous season and leaned heavily on an aging Peyton Manning, who then injured his neck. The Colts have decided Caldwell is out. They were so bad this past season that they earned the first pick of the 2012 NFL draft pick. They are eyeing Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck. This is good because, if actor Rob Lowe is to be believed, Peyton Manning is going to retire. Lowe broke the story in a tweet. Indianapolis also cleared out its front office, firing vice chairman Bill Polian and his son, Chris, the Colts' general manager.
