Aasgard is a raw black metal from pagan land Hellas.The band was created at 2007 by Aethyr,Marrok and Vompras(ex member).We don't make policy with our music ,we just stretch out the black metal plague.The line up is...Aethyr on music,lyrics Instruments & Vocals.Marrok at drums.Our themes to the music is satanism,pagan rites,dark passions,war,hate and ancient culture.We have until now two albums.The first album was released at 2007 and the name was 'Behold' with 8 septic songs,a album with barbarian melodies and rotten sound 90' style. This album is self released and now Whispers Of Death Records released 100 limited tapes.Our second work is a EP called 'NYX' released in 2008 by Heaven Ablaze Records with 5 songs more melodic but with rotten sound.We are in war agains east religions.We don't play to live,we live to play fucking black metal.We say only that.Black Heart.Black Soul.Black Metal. Support HBM Ave Sathanas First time listeners of Aasgard will be able to draw an obvious contrast between them and Darkthrone. But Aasgard is not simply a clone. The music has an authentic sense of poignancy like a murderer plagued by a guilty need to kill. The production is archaically robust and the bleating vocals further a sense of foreboding. Essentially, listening to 'Nyx', is like hearing a reverse evolution, for this is music tethered to the rootstock of immorality in Black Metal... Unrepentant, Christ mocking, warmongering, demon loving Black Metal fans of all maniacal shapes <b>...</b>
Colchuck Lake and Aasgard Pass in Washington State's Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area
On August 31, 2010 my nephew and I hiked up to Colchuck Lake on our trip across the Enchantments which is part of Washington State's Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area. This hike is one of the best hikes in Washington State. I recommend this hike to anyone who enjoys long hikes for two or three days overnight. I guarantee you will enjoy the views. There are lots of beautiful Alpines lakes above 7000 feet. This is not a hike for the meek as I had to turn around this year myself but completed back in 2008. A permit is needed to do overnight hiking here. Check out the Leavenworth, Washington Ranger Station or type in The Enchantments hike of Washington State. My nephew completed the hike and I know he will remember this the rest of his life.

Aasgard Pass In the Enchanments of Washington State
This view is from Aasgard Pass. It is located in The Enchanments which is part of The Alpine Lakes Wilderness of Washington State. I just completed a four day trek through this area which is my favorite hiking place in all of Washington State. I completed this hike along with my brother (Don), nephew (Quentin) and a friend Jamie that we welcomed along for the hike. Thanks Jamie for sticking with me as we climbed the grueling Aasgard Pass which accends from 5500 feet to 7800 feet in less than a mile. This climb is not easy but the rewards are are tremendous. The lake below is called Colchuck Lake. This was hike 34 of 50 I planned this year at age 50.

Here is 30 minute time lapse of the sun rising and clouds passing over the mountainous peaks of the Enchantments. The clouds were moving fast. This time lapse was captured with a canon 5d, capturing a frame every second for about 30 minutes. The images were converted into a video using Adobe Premiere.

NORWEGIAN AND ENGLISH Astros far er syk. Hun ofrer et lam til ham i håp om at den norrøne guden Tor vil hjelpe henne. Da faren dør blir hun usikker på sin tro. En munk forteller henne at Jesus ville reddet faren hennes, og hun bestemmer seg for å bytte ut sin norrøne tro med den kristne, til en dag en mystisk person forstyrrer henne midt i bønnen. Personen, Wenche, er skuffet over at hun har byttet tro, og gir tilbake Astros kjede med Tors hammer på. Astro er overrasket, hun kastet da dette i vannet da hun ble kristen? I en krise mellom forskjellige religioner drar Astro ut på en ferd. En ferd på liv og død. Astro's father is sick. She sacrifices a lamb for him in order to get the Norse god Thor to help her. When her father dies, her faith crumbles. A monk tells her that Jesus would have saved her father, and she decides to leave her Norse faith to become a Christian. One day a mysterious person interferes in her prayers. This person, Wenche, is disappointed in her change of faith, and gives her back Astro's chain with Thor's hammer. Astro is surprised, she then throws the chain in the water where she herself was Christened. In a crises, torn between different religions, Astro leaves for a quest. A quest of life or death. NO, this is not a real trailer. Some parts of the film was shot on "Folkemuseet" in Norway www.folkemuseet.no We don't own the right to the song, "Two steps from hell" by Moving Mountains.
